    This course is about Traumatic Stress and has been developed to supplement the AMSA Mine Rescue Emergency Response training program. It consists of four modules:
    • Module 1 is a general introduction to stress and mental health.
    • Module 2 focuses on stress awareness and management as it relates to emergency responders.
    • Module 3 discusses what happens when manageable stress turns into mental injury.
    • Module 4 looks at how to recognize stress and mental health issues in others.
